These terms apply when you use Air Removalist to compare removalist quotes.
What Air Removalist does
TO BE COMPLETED Make the core point unambiguous: this is an introduction service. Air Removalist is not a removalist, does not move goods, and does not employ the movers.
Using the quote form
TO BE COMPLETED State that details must be accurate and that the person submitting must be entitled to give the contact details provided.
Quotes are between you and the mover
TO BE COMPLETED Cover that any price, contract, deposit and cancellation policy is between the customer and the removalist they choose. Air Removalist is not a party to it.
No guarantee of quotes
TO BE COMPLETED Say plainly that a number of quotes is not guaranteed, and that coverage depends on route and availability. Keep this consistent with the wording set in PROMISE.quoteCount.
How we are paid
TO BE COMPLETED Disclose that removalists pay to receive enquiries and that the service is free to the customer. Say whether payment affects which movers receive an enquiry.
Liability
TO BE COMPLETED Limitation of liability, drafted with Australian Consumer Law in mind. ACL guarantees cannot be excluded, so this needs a lawyer rather than a template.
Intellectual property
